Tony enter the world of real estate in 1996 by working as a rent collector for a property management company specialized in providing affordable housing for low income families in South Central Los Angeles. His work ethic and leadership help him move to the maintenance supervisor position, and shortly after as Property Manager. During that time, Tony fell in love with the real estate industry and became a Licensed Realtor®, starting his career with Century 21 A-Team in the city of Bellflower. His property management and construction knowledge together with his ability to communicate with either CEO’s or maintenance crews, plus his planning and delegating skills, helped him to work with investors looking to increase their rental portfolios, either in the multi-unit or commercial space.
